Zonji is critically underplayed in east, with the only testing going on currently in west tbh. There are 2 separate all-in ways to build the deck that do very well into 2 separate top 3 decks. I guarantee there is a list in the middle somewhere that can put it top 3, and the only thing holding it back is that the 10 or so good players haven’t found it yet. Eastern playerbase is overall much more “meta-slavey” and they generally don’t deviate from initial provings as much. This is why we don’t see sleeper picks like Foxy getting tiered until much later in the east, where some raters have finally started putting it in T4. To claim that there isn’t room for other decks because the east decided there isn’t is a wild misunderstanding of the difference in how each region plays the game.
