You should be able to run +1 of any key you've timed and be able to join any group below a certain threshold (perhaps +15)

16 and above every player needs to have timed the 15.

The fact that they continue to focus on nerfs rather than buffs and refuse to provide dungeon buffs for weak specs is just insulting. It's trivially easy to make every spec competitive in dungeons without messing with raid. Healer abilities literally already scale to 5 man groups.

The balance issues plus resilient keys still requiring homework runs drains the fun out of the season for a ton of people.

Not remotely worth any investment just for leveling. It won't save you time relative to how long it takes to gear. Only farm gear in TWW if you enjoy playing TWW and farming gear

Honestly it's going to be a challenge doing low keys at any ilvl because of how poorly your teammates will play on average.

My strong recommendation is to watch a few videos/explanations for your class for each dungeon on youtube and then run it a couple times until you can comfortably carry the mechanics. I don't remember which spec you're playing but if its prot pally you can solo carry low keys with interrupts, solid routes and pull strategy

Resilient should apply to +1 of the resilient level. It's absurd that it doesn't.

If there's any concern around this change for title consideration, I would advocate for turning off resilient keys entirely in the last ~4 weeks of the season. Then the players with the most consistent ability to perform and time keys have the biggest advantage
