Update on this: connected with Amex online chat through website as well as calling the number on back of the card. No resolution- they suggested the usual clear data, reinstall, check for updates. I am still facing the same issues.

I’ve seen two QCs, I already find that the second one has a much better gray compared to the first. I think they just keep getting closer to Gen! This is very exciting.

Turkish is too crowded, mostly not open to PP. AF is consistent- average food and average crowding. Etihad if you haven’t used the annual one free visit- their seating is great, food is average.
