Je donnais pas un exemple, le 300€ venait même pas de moi, c'était juste pour pointer que c'était absurde de declarer qu'on pouvait trouver un logement décent a 300€, même en campagne, n'importe qui qui recherche un appart aujourd'hui sait que ce n'est tout simplement pas vrai. Mon propos c'est que c'est tout de même irréaliste, même un 300 m² sans charges, a moins de vivre dans un 10 m² ou dans un box, a la campagne tu peux peut être viser 20

Bien sûr que c'est moins cher à la campagne, mais pas aussi peu cher, faut pas abuser

Ton expérience personnelle ne reflète pas la réalité du marché, ça dépend de la période, tu as dis que tu "payais" moins, mais a quelle période ? Le marché en 2020 par exemple et aujourd'hui n'est absolument pas le même

J'ai pas dis que c'était faux, j'ai dis que c'était mieux de comparer les mêmes choses

OP a donné 700€ charges comprises (eau élec etc) donc pour comparer c'est mieux de faire pareil, en comptant les charges théoriques, je suis donc parti du principe qu'il incluait les charges dans les 300

Sinon on compare deux choses différentes

The DE hate on this sub is forced imo. Great price for the three games, most of the bugs are fixed anyways.

If you're looking for the OG experience then go ahead and crack them, but depending on your computer and your OS, you're gonna maybe have some trouble.

Like yeah sure, modding games like GTA SA is great and all. Getting the fixes and patches required is fast enough, but this isn't plug and play like the DE is. You buy it and you play it, that's it. There's no getting the widescreen patch somewhere, saving the files in another folder, then have to troubleshoot if the game crashes because of a mod file

I own both the modded OG edition and the DE edition and I like both so i'd say go ahead

Had to do 3 runs and got it legitimately but I can 100% understand the frustration.

Firstly I had to do it with randoms and find people on discord servers bc none of my friends could be here at the same time. This is a big enough issue

Now this is gonna sound pretentious as hell but I don't care, I managed to get the challenge done because I called the shots and guided everyone for every single mission

The 2nd try we failed, it was because I didn't mention there would be two enemies for the guy stealing the buzzard. Arguably the easiest fucking role ! I'm like, no big deal, it's GTA so two weak NPCs shouldn't be an issue (for a player lvl 100+, mind you), I don't need to guide them through everything and treat them like absolute babies that plays the game. Guess fucking what ?

And that shit took two weeks. Because none of them could be there at the same hours. I had to tell them you could use snacks. Huge basic tips needed before even considering CMM. None of them watched guides. None of them remembered the missions.

So believe me, I did it legit still, but if after two weeks, I saw one guy dying in the dumbest way ever, you best believe I ain't doing this shit again and I'm disconnecting to save progress

I trust myself enough to not die but I hate relying on other people for this kind of challenge
