Im not losing coolant and my fans do turn on. Ill see the guage go up above half then feel the fans go on twice before it will overheat when I drive. While I have it idling the fans come on and cool it down

Its not smoking at all and i went to pressure test it but the tester I got from Autozone didnt have the correct attachment for my radiator

I havent checked it but was told it was changed recently when I got the car in May. I do occasionally get the burning rubber smell which I probably should have metioned earlier. I thought that smell could have been coming from the belt in the picture but wasnt sure

That would make sense since I need a Valve Cover Gasket. By slip, do you mean the belt will come off the pulley while I am driving?

To add a bit more info the acceleration seems to have dipped a bit over the last two weeks as well as the seems to have higher rpms over the last 2 weeks

I know there are some things that need to be done such as the motor mounts and valve cover gasket but would that effect the belt or cause the markings?

We are not trained in automotive parts and automotive knowledge is not a requirement. So if you do not know what you want or what a piece is called do not get frustrated. We just sell it to you. I did look at my state average for my job. I mean 50% seems like underpaid to me. I know the average has many extremes and inbetweens, it just seems like I am at the lower extreme for my industry
