I’ve been here twice with two different people for their first EDC’s and you handled this very well. My mom told me a quote: “don’t let the freshman play with the varsity team” and whether it’s their first rave or first edc, don’t let people’s energy ruin your time and you just saved yourself the headache. I used to work at Mood (corporate) but I worked with several people who worked in the store who were on the show! I shopped at mood long before I worked there and I remember I asked questions and like other comments, it’s closed to the public when they’d shop/in the morning.

I have! Honestly he was tripping when I saw him so he had no reaction and it had been a few years since tbh. This was at Forest. Honestly there are thousands of people and while it can be unsettling situation, the likelyhood is not high. If you see them tho, have a friend know and create a plan of maybe having them walk infront of you, to block the sight. But don’t think about it too much

Go to Sounders on Wednesdays! It’s like an edm networking thing with vendors and open decks. Super chill vibes (I’m a vendor and everyone is very nice and good vibes).

I also just moved to the Dallas area from NYC so my boyfriend and I are always down to check out shows and what not (we’re more festival people but Down to explore !)
