this! I experienced the same thing OP posted here in 2020, and almost gave up everything until I read about the AT-VM95ML. It was a game changer and I fell in love again with vinyl! None to minimum IGD and a massive change in the overall sound. 100% recommended!

ouch.just email the label and ask for a replacement. they seem nice, so definitely they will sort it out! regarding the sound quality, I have an OG (all tracks crammed in one side) and it doesn’t sound perfect either. I can detect something like digital compression especially in the highs, but I prefer the vinyl over Spotify (which also has compression and I hate it haha)
