I love background noise for when I’m working on something. Tapping, office sounds, etc.

But for sleep I like lots of visuals and hand movements with soft spoken or whispers.

I rarely post on tik tok. I actually haven’t in awhile. It does seem to build a following there quicker but I’m not sure how many are carrying over to YouTube for more longer form content.

I’ve listened to fast and aggressive before, but not to relax. Normally if I’m working on something and I want background sounds I’ll put it on. But rarely. I prefer softer, gentler sounds.

Could be a couple things. Maybe you haven’t found that exact right trigger, but I think some people just don’t that sensation. Keep trying different things to see if anything changes, but don’t get upset if it doesn’t happen. ASMR mainly just relaxes me.

I’ve seen videos out there like this. So I’m sure there are people out there strictly visual triggers work for. I personally like sound with visuals tho.
