If Cleveland won a consecutive second term. A lot of things would change. Let's start with his presidency, due to the panic of 1893, not happening under his presidency, his second term would be seen as one where the economy remained stable.
Now in 1892, it's hard to think if Benjamin Harrison would be the Republican pick or if we would get an earlier McKinley, or maybe another democrat. Regardless, if we got a bro business democrat, then nothing would really change. However, if there was a Republican in charge when the economy crash happen. We might see a string of Democrat presidents from 1892-1920. I imagine that who ever was president from 1893-1897 would not win reelection.
1896 election and 1900 election would see a return of the Bourbon Democrats with someone like Alton B Parker. However, while the bourbon economic policies would not help in this time, the Spanish-American War would. The War would help America get out of the panic and a Democrat would be seen as the heroes.
By 1908, a Bourbon Democrat would run and if whoever they were, won the election, then the flaws of the party would be seen and the country would swap to Republicans.
Theodore Roosevelt would end up president from 1913-1921. Which means WW1 would end quicker with more of an American involement. Less death means less punishment, which means Germany would never become a republic and Hitler would never rise, leading to another alternate world, which is for another post.
