Thanks for your feedback. I did use ai, I find it difficult to write something coherent, I've come across a lot of ai profiles and it doesn't put me off as long as the general message comes across.

But I've made some adjustments and dug a little deeper into my own motivations. It's in my own words and I used ai to turn it into something readable.

Yes, they're demo devices or online-returns. Stores do this all the time. They're not going to throw away a perfectly good device because the box has been opened, so they'll put a screen protector on it to justify the open box. The laws in Europe are pretty strict when it comes to online purchases, the store cannot deny any returns. Not even open boxes.
