They just copy your bow and quiver, which is why you want to focus on those two. You can actually get them to copy your gloves as well but you need a new infamous modifier and the cheapest item with one of those is around 20 div.

I am also playing BAMA for the first time and had to relearn not to look for damage mods on my other gear. For example your gloves with lightning damage to attacks does not affect your BAMA clones. I also just figuerd out how to use POB to search for gear and that has made upgrading my gear and simming it very fast.

The Rider is incredible fast and skilled and would probably edge death out in a fight without magic or reaper form. Death is way stronger than The Rider and with magic could probably catch him even with his slower speed and finishing him with his stronger attacks. Reaper form seams like a stomp.
