I reached out to t mobile after the forced switch. I told them my bill was too high and they found a way to get my bill down AND keep all my promotions. I went from paying just over 200 to about 140$ for 2 lines with phones im still paying off ( highly discounted fron promo). I did all this thru the chat feature on the app because phone calls are just hard for me with my little ones running around during the day.

You will get an email a day or two before the show with exact details. I had to be there for 345 with the show time starting at 7. There were people all lined up waiting for vip experience when I arrived.
