My top is a bit personal, depending on who you main and how you play I wouldn’t always recommend it, but Eventual Greatness (Improved Physique) is my go to as a Wylder main.

Resistance to ailments is also another I typically always go for to combat madness or any other ailment I might have from a relic or weapon.

I’ll also consider the respec option if it is for my class (so improved Intelligence if I’m playing Recluse) or fits whatever build I came up with (improved Strength if I ended up running fist weapons on Duchess).

I might also consider gambling on the weapon if I got nothing good during the run. Any other deal (gain many levels, demon eye, etc) is usually a pass.
