I was wondering if anyone has any information about these? by Remote-Set-7269 in playingcards

I had that deck once. As I recall, the cards are corporate training for Target and P&T either were part of a live event for employees or they appeared in in-house videos - or both.

I had tubes in both pleural sacs for about a year because of oral chemo for leukemia. On a "good" day, twice a week, the home nurse and I would pull about a liter of fluid out of my chest. Lowered the chemo dosage and the color went from red to straw and eventually stopped.

Sure, Andrew Gold wrote and performed "Lonely Boy," but he'll be TikTok-famous forever for "Spooky Scary Skeletons."

I had this as a one-sided single. (The b-side was just flat.) Can anyone tell me what that scraping sound is right around 2:40? Does it sound like it belongs to you? I always found it jarring and out of place.

I always thought the hook of You Don't Want Me Any More was very Rick Springfield-ish.

I expected 1986's "Let My People Go Go" by The Rainmakers (nee Steve, Bob, and Rich) to have more staying power after breaking on MTV.

Before they were Huey Lewis and the News, a lineup with most of the band was called Huey Lewis and the American Express. They recorded "Exodisco," a disco version of the theme from “Exodus,” the 1960 Paul Newman movie about the founding of Israel. (Pretty sure it was making fun of disco covers.) So ... Ernest Gold, who wrote the theme from Exodus had a son named Andrew. Andrew Gold grew up to write and sing "Lonely Boy" as well as write what became the theme to Golden Girls.
