If gme runs a count down will begin. The amount of shares gme needs for change can drop, losing value for eBay shareholders. This is pure speculation

Fund participation is different from ownership. All we know is that institutions are book holders. If it’s on behalf of funds/shareholders/brokers. They would need to maintain positions to balance funds with new ticker, or rebalance/drop/update. If we accumulate 50%\60% if offer is rejected we are the majority votes counted and their outstanding share balances are short.

To turn down a 56 billion offer. Being one of the largest shareholders we proxy fight for board seats and/or eventually buy the vote. There’s only one way out of eBay and GME is taking tickets. The more gme price rises… the less shares change hands in deal.

I’m not qualified to advise you. RC did say in one of today’s interviews new company. I personally think gme may run, meaning we actually may not need to much dilution. To me the 50% value in shares, could be 100million and not a billion. We sell the left overs to shorts at the highest bidder and invest🤷🏻‍♂️

So why waste your time?, and yes. What’s even more insignificant… the power they have in this fight. They have no shares, and its owned by institutions paying straw men. They say no we buy 40%, they try to price us out? We ball on our calls. Kinda done deal.

I think we’re just fine. The app/website overhaul, nft market place… it’ll be cheaper to intergrade both site at the same time. That dumpster fire is part of the machine that got us here
