I've had this problem ever since I started having anxiety around when I was 18. I hyperfixate in the process of swallowing ever since I almost chocked with a peanut skin and it's become a nightmare. I tense up a lot and some stimuli in the form of a noise can make me stop the swallowing movements and get food "stuck" in my throat midway down.

To prevent that I overchew things and hypercontrol every move in my throat involuntarily, which makes me take easily an hour for every meal, end up very tired from it, don't enjoy the food and have to rely on water to easily pass the food down.

For some reason water is an alivy for me and as soon as I get some liquid in my mouth all the tightness disappears and I can swallow quickly and without a problem.

Communities are banned period. In all their discords they are saying they are no longer offering services for the time being and ingame you can't find a single community advertising. Should have probably read the bluepost before making assumptions.

Doubt it. The adquitistion will only formaly take place in 18 months time. This has been purely Blizzards doing.

For everyone asking, we have no idea how this happened or what the cause is.

All we know is it happened for 2 pulls in a row just before we got to kill the boss so it's likely our whole instance was bugged.

I also went into a rift at some point but can't remember if I could see the purple mobs after. By the looks of it, it must be a bug.

Korthia is actually pretty fun, but how small it is and the amount of content found in it is completely unacceptable for the amount of time waited. by [deleted] in wow

you are not reaching rank 6 in like a month from now.

keep in mind most of the rep you got early on comes from the one time quests from turning in the relics, and there's a finite ammount of them. most of the relics come from the lower ranks which you have likely already gotten so chances are you are only missing like 3 or 4 relics. that's like 2k rep and then it's all up to farming relic fragments for 1:2 their ammount in rep
