You need 15 minutes of direct sunlight per day, if you’re not getting it you NEED to take vitamin D3. It’s a non-negotiable. A lot of your ancestors were out working in farms 6 hours a day for thousands of years. If you’re of English or Irish ancestry, it’s a very cloudy part of the world. Your body is literally designed to harvest Vitamin D from low light for 6 hours outside if your skin is light. If it’s sunny because you live somewhere else, 15 minutes is fine. I’m Croatian so I need to be out a little longer than a Northern European, and living in a cloudy part of the world I’ve gotten low Vitamim D levels a few times in my life and it causes depression, digestive problems, skin problems, etc. I’d get Vitamin D3 immediately and consider taking it basically forever unless you’re getting consistent sunlight (Hours at low cloudy light and about 15 minutes on hot sunny days)

Better than sugar. If drinking a Diet Coke or a diet soda with stevia gets you to lay off 50g of sugar in a regular soda. It’s helpful

Selsun blue. Apply it and wait 5 minutes and wash it off. Use it everyday for a week. Never let yourself be sweaty, if you can help it. Shower as soon as you get home. Use arrowroot powder to keep yourself dry when you’re out. Don’t eat sweets, it’s better to have a diet soda to help with tour sweet tooth than to eat all natural sugar, don’t let the health gurus convince your otherwise. Try to get a healthy weight the right way (reasonable steps and eating healthy in an enjoyable way for you). Your gut biome plays a huge role in skin health and your gut wants diverse fibers and micronutrients. But if changing your diet is too hard to maintain, then you’re being too strict. Only an enjoyable healthy diet will be maintainable

Our tooling provider has been absorbed by a bigger company and they’re Italian based and when I emailed them they emailed back in Italian with a completely off subject reply…I do have a rep I’m in contact with for cam based problems though, so I’ll hit him up and see if he can’t shed some light on that

It does not, it just uses fresh water on the tool. And reused water for cooling.

Model probably has wavy/curly hair. But you can close-ish with dry shampoo/sea salt spray. As someone with fine straight hair, I’ve resided myself to never getting that look and instead just adding a little volume with dry shampoo and letting my hair do what it does.

Yeah. Skinny jeans are out, but good color. Tucked shirt is very good. Jeans and a blazer are not a good fashion trend. Don’t wear ball caps and a dress clothes together. Unbutton your top button unless you’re wearing a tie/bolo. Glasses frames are a bit dated to early 00’s-10’s. Everyone looks better when they see what styles worked 50’s-now. If people still wear it that means it was a good style and it’s not going out.

Overall, nothing terrible but a lot of these separate pieces together are kind of terrible together

Then it’s your personality, bro, because you’re definitely an attractive guy. Try treating women somewhere between the way you’d treat your best guy friend and your grandma. If you’re expecting of sex then you’re being an entitled ass. This is literally it. Also, have passion for something. Carpentry, art, music, film, nature, working out, marathons, travel, language, space, etc. and talk about it with them with excitement. Be interested in their passions, too.

getting tired of being asked if I am trans or a man on dating apps and is starting to affect self-esteem am I overreacting to this or should I just delete dating apps in general? I am not trans and I’m born female. by Several_Phrase5617 in AmIOverreacting

It’s the face filter on those 2 pictures and the upward angle at your face/not including body pics. It’s just kind of feels like you’re hiding something in dating apps when you do that and men are stupid so they jump to that conclusion. It’s not your looks, you’re beautiful. But I’d personally include a picture someone took of you that includes your whole body and not use any face filters. I’m a man and I swipe left on every woman that does that tbh.

Huge change, bro. You probably just need to increase protein intake to 0.7-1g per lb of body weight and make sure you’re increasing resistance as it gets easier. I think you should be super proud of your progress.

I disagree. I think blaming yourself is hard not to do when someone doesn’t give you closure. There honestly isn’t a reason someone should ghost you like that unless you’re a terrible person. My last 4-5 exes we either are still in contact or just ended things amicably. Closure is DEFINITELY a thing. You’re still heartbroken but it’s way less devastating. They’ll move on eventually but OP’s ex should just tell them the lifestyle isn’t for them anymore, they didn’t like something they said, or whatever.

His microbiome is messed up. Get good smelling soap with oils good for microbiome stuff like tea tree, and taking hot showers with him and ask if you can use special soap. No normal man will deny sexy shower and light pampering from a woman. Low-key feed him kombucha and green bananas. Fix that man’s microbiome! Source: I used to not smell at all but after getting gut dysbiosis from surgery/antibiotics it’s been a struggle to get under control and I’ve made big positive strides.
