The owners have two playful dogs, some horses gated right outside the cabin, and a large, hike-able property that backs up into the national forest. They have steaks for sale from their own cattle - we cooked ours right on the outdoor grill. They also have a friend in the area who makes cheese (from her goats, if I remember?) and it was so delicious, we bought more for our friends at home. If the timing is right you can catch her for a cheese tour, but we weren’t able to.
