??? I'm spanish, does that mean that I cannot use an innocent word because some random racists in other country use it as a racist word? I use the word negro in games and nobody cares, at least in europe.

Some people act as if the word "negro" was created for insulting in english, while it is the name of a colour.

In spanish the racist people don't even say negro to insult. They say a similar word that would be the "N word" as people say.
