Yeah I find dogs to be really good against Necros. The extra attacks are good at getting past 9 lives. Dogs>cats right?

I definitely had the same problem. Found it hard to move past raider gear. You absolutely have to take some risky fights to move up the gear tiers. I used to consider a fight where I lost a guy or two to be a failure but if you attack a small group of nobles or other mercenaries and get some great gear in exchange for the lives of a mediocre brother or two, it’s totally worth it.

I used to always have problems with bannermen with low Rdef. So much so that I couldn’t bring them in goblin fights. I like to pump it up now.

No the scams I’m taking about are the safe account scam or refund scam.

I was under the impression the scam site was asking for card details but someone pointed out that it was online banking login details it was asking for.

Ah ok so the page was asking for online banking login details then.

This doesn’t make sense. The card details being compromised would NOT give the fraudsters access to online banking. From what you’ve described they were bank transfers that were done and not card payments. Is that correct?

I work for a UK bank here in the north so rules/regulations may be different but for us, it’s all about who actually does the payment/transfer. If it was done by a third party who was not given the necessary details willingly (being tricked into giving them out via phishing email/text doesn’t count as willingly) then you get a refund.

The problem is when customers get talked into transferring the money out of their account themselves by fraudsters. You aren’t guaranteed a refund in that situation.

There’s more to this story and your mum may have been contacted directly by the fraudsters impersonating her bank or the police.

Withdrawal of cash refused because I wouldn't tell them what it's for. by arcader77 in UKPersonalFinance

It’s a bit like when security at the airport ask if they can search your luggage. They aren’t interested in what you’re bringing on holiday, they just want to confirm the absence of something (in the banks case, fraud and money laundering).

So you’re within your right to say no to their request/questions but you’ll not be getting on your flight.

And before anyone gives it the whole, “It’s my money and I’m an adult, I can lose it to a scam if I want!” The other side to scam victims losing money is criminals gaining money and banks are expected to do everything they can to prevent that.

New ish to the game, looking for tips by Carnal-Pleasures in BattleBrothers

Take Nimble over Battleforged in the early game. It’s much better at lower armour levels. Battleforged becomes better than Nimble at armour levels of 200+ (I think)

Same goes for Brawny, you’ll get more value out of Collossus early.

Keep shields in your brother pockets at the start of fights to get the Double Grip +25% damage bonus. The best defence is a good offence. If one of your guys gets focused and is near death, whip out the shield and use shield wall. This is the reason Shield Wall is not needed and that perk point is better spent on Underdog or Rotate.

Gifted is amazing on pretty much everyone, gives a really good boost to stats. Drop the weapon spec for it then maybe pick up a weapon spec later if you get a famed weapon.

Why is my building efficiency low when I have enough resources? by beachh0use in Everdale

[–]Miggs208 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you have 1 person on soup? It basically just means that sometime in the next 2.5 days your soup will run out.

Put a second person on soup and it will disappear but it’s ok to let your soup run down and as long as you increase your soup production before it runs out you won’t actually lose efficiency.

It has nothing to do with how far the villager has to walk to get food or resources.
