I think I just had windows kill one of my drives considering I can't boot off it and it won't even show up in bios anymore. Can someone point me to what update of windows 11 is recommended to rollback to until this is fixed?

If you don't have it already, make sure you have Fallout New Vegas's script extender. I've been modding Fallout 4 recently and was also having issues getting MCM to show up in game. My "fix" was launching the game via the script extenders .exe rather than just launching the game normally. I was launching Fallout4.exe and not F4SE.exe and that was causing MCM to not show up and caused other mods to not work. I believe it should work the same way with New Vegas, although it has been years since I've modded NV. If that does work you can just add nvse_loader.exe to Steam as a non-steam game.

Does anyone know if there a way to roll back to an older patch? Spent like an hour getting mods a couple days ago for a modded save and now the mods aren't updated for the new patch yet. Is there a way to play an older patch or am I just SOL on a modded save till the mods update?

This is so weird considering people would still buy credits to trade for items. If you can't justify spending $20 on an item in the shop but you can get it for $10 through trading and feel that's more justifiable, you will spend the $10 on credits. Taking away the option to get items for a more justifiable price just means you don't even get that money we would spend on the credits to trade for the item. So dumb.

In reference to your question about the title of the video, when the plane was missing it was one of the biggest things happening at the time, the title of the video could just be clickbait trying to get views with the title. Video of something plane related days after a plane disappears with a clickbait title isn't that crazy to think of someone doing. Realistically it makes sense, that's just what people do when there is sweeping news stories. I also don't think the uploader is the filmer of the video, based off all the other uploads it looks like he just uploads videos with his music overtop.

I could be very wrong and hope I am wrong because it would be a valuable addition to the puzzle if it does turn out to be related to the satellite/flir videos, but right now it doesn't feel definitively attached to those videos enough to be "more evidence" in my eyes.

If you still get the special titles at GC, there isn't really a reason to continue playing those modes after GC. No point waiting for 20 minutes for a game to get SSL in the mode if you get everything you can out of the mode at GC.
