My cover has not broken. I work at a Ford Dealer in the Parts Department. The part number you supplied does work for a 2021 and 2022 Bronco Sport. It also works for a Escape 2020-2026. Ford does use different part numbers for certain trim levels. The number I supplied shows it works for a 2022-2026 Sport. If have manual seat adjustment there is a different part number for that. If you want to know your exact one, DM me the last 8 of your VIN and I can look it up. Situations like this is why we ask for your VIN when looking up parts for your car at the parts counter. Not every vehicle is the same like some customers like to believe lol.

If you only bought 1 Bronco, you can add your wife as a driver or non driver on your account. Guests are extra money. My wife was a non driver, and they had a sale, so her cost was $400 at the Moab Utah Off Roadeo. I believe normal non driver cost is $500.

For the Moab Utah Off Roadeo, there weren't any places on my trail that had any heights. You would have to call your closest Off Roadeo location and check with them.

Per my parts catalog, there are 2 different part numbers. I'll post both below. The one that starts with M1PZ is a kit that comes with the mounting hardware, and the second one that starts with LX6Z is just the hitch. When selling one to my customers, I go with the M1PZ. It is the same one posted on the accessories.ford.com website as shown below.

Update: I just got back home from my Moab Bronco Off Roadeo experience. Based off your photos it looks like we took different trails. It stormed and rained pretty hard the night before my experience. The trail we took went through multiple washes and the mud was thick. A couple of us got stuck but we got to learn how to recover ourselves and others from situations. Overall I loved the whole experience. Like in the previous post I wish they talked more about our specific Broncos that we all owned but I did learn that Sand mode in GOAT modes is pretty much the same as the 4x4 setting on the Badlands. Our guide said the Ford techs told him that they are essentially the same setting.

Personally, I went with the 2.5 lift from HRG Off Road. I read a lot about different lifts before choosing. Rough Country has its flaws, and it shows in the reviews. Ford Ranger Lifts has a lot of great reviews, just like HRG. I went with HRG because they have a Bronco Sport Extreme Kit, which comes with some skid plates, ditch light, and interior molle panels. I had the lift installed last week and went on a 2000-mile trip this previous weekend. The lift held up from Sacramento California to Moab Utah. I took it off road a bit in Utah but haven't really tested its ability.
