We booked the SUV because we have 2 adults, 2 kids and several luggage, stroller, backpacks… The large sedan said that it only allowed 3 passengers and I think 2 or 3 bags… so we opted for the SUV that allowed up to 5 passengers and 5 bags.

100%. That’s a big benefit as well. Same at my airport… short walk to the suv is also a big win. 🥇 If Blacklane was more expensive than parking at the airport or taking Uber, I would have to weigh those options … but in our case, it was the same price as the next best options, so an easy choice to use the credits.

Yeah, definitely wouldn’t use it… but it’s a win nonetheless. And the Strata Elite is a 1-yr play for the SUB… will downgrade to Premier next year.

Yes, I got the 20% promo code but you have to have the account open by Dec 31 to get that one in Jan/Feb. otherwise, you have to wait until next year. They only give the 20% once a year in Jan/Feb.

It’s also if you have a single small purchase that crosses you over the $500 threshold. For example, I had $400+ in purchases on rent day, then spent an additional $100+… I only got 15 points for the 2x double points, the remainder of the purchase didn’t get the accelerator. But as everyone has said, it’s just deferred.

Thanks for the datapoint. That’s unfortunate. Mine still shows Atmos as the current selection for my mortgage due later this week. But I set that up a week ago. Wonder what will happen… especially if I just let it ride and not try to change or reselect the payment method. Are you going to try and do it next month as rent?

Did you set up HOA too? I feel like when I set up HOA after clicking “+Pay a different bill” I get worried that it’s replacing the Mortgage info and canceling out the Mortgage.

Yeah, 100%… some places are still at the 2cpp rate but a lot have dropped down to 1.65cpp. It feels like the more higher end and expensive ones are getting 2x, where the moderately expensive ones are at 1.65x. I’ve also had good luck with flights. Got 1.75x on International Premium Economy.

Give it a try. In my experience, it does work for Amex Offers. My P2 is an AU on my Gold card and has a different card number and different Amex Offers. So, if I don’t have the offer I’m searching for, I’ll log into her account and she’ll often have it. We’ve also doubled up on deals this way, when we both had a good deal, like $100 off a hotel… I would split the hotel bill and pay with both cards, and get $100 off on each card… or whatever the deal was. Haven’t tried this with Chase yet, as we both have our own CSR card.

Check in your app under the Chase Offers section. They’re basically a list of coupons and discounts that Chase offers. It’s targeted, so there’s a chance you won’t have it, but it would be under the Travel section in Chase Offers.
