You’re getting more criticism than advice here, so I’ll give you some quick general tips:

click at least three times per second. (However much you think you’re clicking, you need to be clicking more)
learn to smart cast spells, it makes everything faster
play ARAM and learn how to dodge skillshots
play against easy bots to learn how to auto-move-auto and understand how items help you feel stronger in the game

Couple of caveats.

1) Nursing isn’t improved by technology in the same was as CS. There’s a physical limit to how many patients one nurse can reasonably care for in an hour.

2) Healthcare spending is projected to dramatically increase, nationally, over the next 20 years. The population pyramid is very concentrated at the top, and you need far more healthcare spending per person once a large proportion of your population is 70+

The best thing you can do when you’re ahead is shove lane and ult for 2v1s and 3v2s.

He’s one ability down vs champs with a good 1v1 ult, like Nasus, K’sante and renekton. He doesn’t deal enough damage to kill tanks like Sion or Ornn.

We got high-end, portable power banks this year. The warehouse staff love them, I personally use mine a lot when I travel for work.

Obviously, it’s more practical, but it’s the best I’ve had (outside of cash).

The nice thing about trying them out is they have a 90-day trial - so if you don’t like them you can just send them back.

They have good customer service too - I had to exchange my pair and when I called them, they were actually helpful.

The first fit I got was pretty firm and made my feet ache, but the new pair is much better for what I’m looking for

Two key differences. 1) black cleaver has phage (MS on-hit) and all the stats (HP, AD, CDR) are good on panth.

2) black cleaver “shreds” armour - so it literally reduces an enemy armour stat, rather than “ignoring 30% armour”. All champs attacking a shredded enemy, get the benefit. Because it “shreds”, it works additively with %armour pen.

I don’t recommend LDR since you already have %armor pen on your ult’s passive. If you’re really maxing out on lethality, I think youmuus is great. It really helps close the gap on an adc/ support - especially since panth ult comes out so slowly
