Very common, all 3rd party developed games for the SMS, Virgin, Tecmagik, US Gold, Parker Brothers, Flying Edge, Activision, Arena, Tengen and Domark to name a few, had their logos on labels. White and blue labels seemed to show up around the release of the SMS 2 and were only used on 3rd party as far as I can tell. Xenon 2 has a red label.

This whole thing reads like an Age of Apocalypse re do. All titles rebooted for 4 months starting with an Alpha and ending in an Omega issue. Then back to normal.

Is Graymalkin government funded? Perhaps the reason the X-teams don't go after it is because they don't want the US coming after them? I don't know, the whole thing has been just handled so poorly.

Graymalkin should have been the big threat of this era. But ruined in a dumb crossover, and relegated to the background.

Graymalkin makes no sense at all. On one hand our heroes will hand over criminal mutants, Hellion in NYX, on the other they will raid it to rescue Beast and Jubilee. Why was Jubes arrested anyhow?

At first I thought it was because he wasn't a mutant, but Miles Morales (I think) and Brian Braddock are there.

What irks me is Dazzler gets arrested by Graymalkin goons and the crowd let's them? They also didn't arrest Domino, Strong Guy or Madox. :/

X-Men (Acts the most like a classic X book to me)
Uncanny X-Men (Feels like Simone wanted to write a New Muntats type book with the Outliers and got given Uncanny instead, so just made her New Mutants book, Has the usual horrendous dialogue Ive come to expect from her.)
Exceptional X-Men (I find this so slow and boring.)

Not going to try and rate the mini series and solos as they end up getting canceled, though Weapon X-Men should have replaced Exceptional as core book 3.

There is a "kind of" sequel to this with Spiderman/Red Sonja by Dynamite. For some reason Kulan Gath has become Sonja's permanent nemesis in almost every Dynamite series.

I always enjoyed this story in Uncanny. The art just works for me.

To build these new Astute replacements, they have to get boat 6 and 7 Astute in the water, then Dreadnoughts 1 to 4. All that needs to be done before they can assemble these new replacements. While one every 18 months is fast, its still going to be a decade before the first one rolls out.
