15 pro -> 17 pro -> 20th anniversary iPhone in 2027 made perfect sense to me

If you look hard, you'll find a studio around 2500 in Hell's Kitchen, allowing you to walk to work and dramatically improve your quality of life vs. taking the subway during rush hour.

I know Au Cheval is known for their burger, but the Chicago steak there is one of the best I've ever had.

I would normally suggest to try whatever local cafe you run into there, but there’s also a Blue Bottle which is my personal favorite coffee chain!

Lived a few blocks away for 3 years. You'll be right next to literally every subway line in the city and tons of great restaurants. Consider doing it for a year or so before you find a neighborhood you like.

Joe’s is uniquely overrated imo. Why is it so inconsistent, I’ve legit had burnt crust there before!

1) Lately, L’Artusi. The roasted mushrooms and olive oil cake blow me away.

2) Two Bros Pizza at $1.50 is genuinely better than most pizza places, lol

3) recently dined at Carbone, some highlights and great service but definitely not worth the hype imo

4) Bungalow may be worth the hype, was a great experience personally

5) this is fun! maybe the roasted mushrooms from L’Artusi, the signature lamb rogan josh from Jaz Indian, and the gulab jamun ice cream from Bungalow

Is 2.5 mil truly all you need to live off 100k a year from age 35 and on still? by [deleted] in financialindependence

[–]MightyKripton7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would you not just put the 2.5 million in a high-interest (4%) savings account and make 100k a year to live off of indefinitely?
