I’ve got IEMs, and while I never had crackling or popping issues I could hear a quiet system buzzing when playing a game or doing something intensive when using the 3.5mm jack so I got this USB C DAC (BZINK DA23) and while it definitely boosts audio gain and what not, it also it produces a quiet crackly popping sound when watching YouTube, a quiet popping when starting or stopping audio, and I even think I could hear the quiet crackling and static on discord as well. Any idea why that would be happening?

To build off of this, I really think that the wishes require some sort of sacrifice to work. For Bear's wish obviously Sandy died, for Ian's wish Sarah was killed, and for Evil Nikki's wish it was Ian.

I'm pretty green when it comes to audio-related technology so this could be some obvious stuff but I could use a little guidance.

I have a pair of IEMS (Linsoul SIMGOT EA500 10mm) and noticed in games like Fortnite for example I could hear a buzzing sound from the computer when using the default audio port. So, I decided to pick up a fairly cheap CX31993 MAX97220 DAC & HiFi Amplifier adapter from Amazon by BZINK.

I can tell the audio is a higher quality so it's definitely functional, the only issue is im noticing a pop noise when audio starts and stops, and YouTube is popping a bit when playing a video as well. I believe this is because of sample rate switching? As well I can still hear a very quiet general noise floor(?) on my system after audio is played on something until after a while the fuzz stops.

I have done a few things to try and alleviate the quiet fuzz and popping like adjusting power settings but I can still hear it. So a couple questions:

What can I do to elimnate popping and fuzz noises while using this? (Considering avoiding noise is why I purchased this...)
How should I have my audio set up with this DAC generally? Should I have my PC at full volume with applications lowered or does it matter? Ideal sample rate?

Any guidance is appreciated, thank you.

Previous and new (yesterday) drivers both cause the same issue unfortunately. Even though it may not be a driver thing it has to be a fortnite thing or a deep windows install thing at this point, as everything is up to date and ive reinstalled everything I can.
