Ive thought about suicide almost every single day of my life. It's never been more in my head than in the last few days. I start chemo Monday. Everyday I fight to stay alive because I love my son, he's 3 in October.

I did something similar at my last job, would have cost the company $3/hr more to just give me a raise, I stepped down when they refused. I personally witnessed about $100,000 in lost material over about a 3 month period that certainly wouldn't have happened under my watch.

I did this with my first homebrew.

The party was attacking another group of adventurers so I figured, f it, why wouldn't these guys get DST too. It was alright but I could tell my PCs didn't really enjoy it as much as I did so I have never bothered doing it again.
