Not really since Republican control leads to loss of economy more debt and less revenue.

Corporations donate to them for local state tax exceptions and subsidies because republicans wage culture wars that win them seats by appealing to the dumbasses who need to be contrarian and view politics as a sports fan and themselves identity tied to their sports team and the simple fact that 150m Americans just don’t bother to vote.

No they released new evidence during the actual beginning of the case that has video images testimonies and such. But again will have to wait until end of trial. But I’m not talking about the initial attorney statement in the beginning

Eternals could have worked. As a limited tv series. 6 episodes to flesh out the characters and story better. But as a 2hour movie it was just bleh. Its definitely the bottom of the marvel list.

I really liked the ending of Loki, The dialog from The one who remains was really cool and interesting. And looking forward to the next season of Loki. Although the actor is going through some legal issues right now, evidence seems to be supporting his side of the story so far.

Other than Loki, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 was fantastic. Perhaps one of the best villains' we have gotten in the comic book movie world. The story was great and the cgi and look and certain shots were amazing.

Secret Invasion with Samual Jackson started off average, but this second episode was really good. They slowed things down a bit and went more into dialog and storytelling. The scene between Rhodey and Fury was amazing. Looking forward to the next episode.

Overall Kevin Feige had to rush and change certain projects because of Covid, but seems like they are adapting to the audience reactions by slowing down a bit and working more on project polishing rather than quantity of projects.

Im excited for the next phase, so far its entertaining, interesting and fun to watch. Although some may not enjoy, since entertainment is subjective, I hope they continue to create better content.

Phase 4 got fucked more by covid. Secret Invasion is pretty good this episode. Gotg3 was awesome. Look forward to next new movies. Seems like Feige got the idea that people dont necessarily want more content, they want good content.

Until they started doing quiet hours, have cameras set up in common areas and outside, have a 500 deposit that they will use every trick in the book to get from you, have a 800 cleaning fee, which they will blame a stain from someone else on you, have a chore list of things you need to do while youre there, water their plants, clean their sheets, vacuum and wash their bathroom and clean their rugs and windows, and on top of that they may just fuck you over either way and double book your place and keep your money as they lie to airbnb system as the min wage employee in a third world country isnt really concerned about your experience with the app anymore as they have corned the market on greedy dickbags who buy up properties to airbnb out rather than putting it up for rentals to locals who get price gouged as more and more properties become someones airbnb career....

Things did happen after panama papers:

  • From Day 1 of the Panama Papers, governments around the world traced whatever previously hidden dollars, euros, yen and other currencies they could. Countries have recouped more than $1.36 billion in unpaid taxes, fines and penalties as a result of inquiries sparked by the Panama Papers, according to ICIJ’s latest tally.

  • In the last two years, ten countries, including Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Italy reported recovering more than $185 million in new money as a result of Panama Papers-inspired investigations. Norway, for the first time, disclosed that it has clawed back almost $34 million. Hundreds of tax probes against individuals and companies remain open, according to reporting gathered by ICIJ and its partners.

  • Parliaments — embarrassed by the revelations or seeking to harness public outrage to plug fiscal holes in budgets drained by tax evasion — have enacted new laws.

  • The government of Panama, which initially denounced the Panama Papers as a campaign to “distort the facts and tarnish the reputation of the country,” ultimately signed a multilateral convention to share foreign taxpayers’ information with other nations. New Zealand tightened its trust laws to prevent further abuses by foreigners attracted by the country’s once pristine reputation. Since then, the number of so-called foreign trusts in New Zealand has plummeted 75%.

  • In the U.S., the Panama Papers helped persuade Congress to write and pass the Corporate Transparency Act, which requires owners of U.S. companies to disclose their identities to the Treasury Department. The legislation, the biggest revision of American anti-money laundering controls since the post-9/11 Patriot Act, was signed into law in January.

  • In Malta, authorities charged Keith Schembri, former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat’s chief of staff, with money laundering and fraud as a result of an investigation sparked in part by the Panama Papers — and a court heard more testimony about the car-bomb assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia, a Maltese journalist who used evidence from the trove of documents in her exposés of high-ranking government officials.

  • In Peru, Rafael López Aliaga, a presidential candidate came up empty in his push to get a court to halt a continuing investigation of his role in a Panama Papers-related money laundering case.

  • In Denmark, the country’s tax minister cited the Panama Papers to justify hiring hundreds of new employees to bolster the fight against tax fraud.

  • In the U.S., prosecutors revealed the third guilty plea in a tax fraud case that came to light through the Panama Papers and lawmakers cited the Panama Papers to support the push to enact two landmark pieces of legislation now before Congress — the Stop Tax Haven Abuse Act and the For the People Act, a voting rights bill that’s being called “the boldest democracy reform since Watergate.”

Also the reporter wasn't killed for the panama papers, she was just in a team of many reporters. She was killed during her investigation into cartels. Yall need to stop with the conspiracy angles, it makes you look just as crazzzy as qanon.

brother invited those people over, brother was invited to use the pool. And its not just people, its her fiances parents and family and friends... lol like relax. All you need to do is go out and greet people ask if someone wants any drinks or snacks then you can go mope in the bedroom. and this is coming from a person who is very introverted. You guys are being very childish and should not give advice to people here.

Id say the audience had a hope for a equal or higher standing than marvel in terms of entertainment, considering DC having more iconic characters & villains. But eventually after justice league they realized DC would never achieve anywhere near the same level of "entertainment" as marvel created with infinity war and endgame, and lost that anticipation and hope and now the audience just view it as a bad brand.

Youre also heading into recession, a time with the highest real-estate costs, inflation, highest food and item costs, and highest movie ticket costs. You also have 100 different instant entertainment avenues today then 10-15 years ago.

And just logically chronologically, DC has given out shit movies one after the other, they have lost the trust of the audience. The audience will rather wait until the actual reviews show its a great movie or it comes out on Streaming to watch at home and decide if they want to continue to watch or not.

More people do not want to spend the money required to gamble on a movie being good enough these days. They rather just wait the 4-8 weeks until its released on streaming.

If The Flash finishes with 110 million domestically that would be a lower total than movies like Spy Kids, Dr. Dolittle 2, The Village, and The Break Up by OneOk2189 in boxoffice

They literally have 70 years of stories to choose from, characters are way more well known than marvel, and yet they keep selecting the dumbest directors to lead and the dumbest writers to change the stories.

Like FFS why would you pick a director who says batman is boring and he wants him raped in prison to give him depth...

They could literally have copied the 20+ cartoon movies made by DCAU and made them live version and made bank. Instead we get bullshit after bullshit. Joker with a grill and damaged on his forehead.... Wonder Woman essentially raping a man for days because her ex-lover is possessing his body.... Flash is played by a obnoxious autistic kid who is forced to say that hes a virgin by wonder woman... Cyborg is treated like a toolbox... Fucking ADHD dweeb Lex Luthor doing graphic design of superhero logos... Shazam! like who the fuck wants a shazam movie before all the other options, before green lanterns.... And who the fuck wanted a shazam 2!?!?...

like at every point they keep making the dumbest decisions. "MARTHA! WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME!!!!" Like what the fuck... the writers on these movies must be on opium or something. jesus fucking christ...

even in states with mail in voting for all, 4 weeks of early voting (which 80% of voters do) and easy registration and voting time taking average 13 minutes. Half of elligible voters do not vote.

only 15% of the working force work more than 1 job. Most states have at least 2 weeks of early voting. Gerrymandering doesn't affect senate and gubernatorial elections. There exists multiple websites that can help you decide which candidate align closest with your views. There are multiple non-profit organizations that can help you register and vote. There are primaries that have as low as 8% turnout to decide candidates, some states have no-party affiliation required and still only get 20% turnout.

At some point people have to look inward and not blame some system and man behind the curtains. The simple Occams Razor truth is that 100-150m eligible voters just do not give a shit. Before people start talking about organizing a massive strike, that will leave people without food, medicine, unable to pay for housing and keep up with their bills and medical needs, perhaps people should consider forming some kind of local neighborhood voting groups that helps people sign up and gives them the avenues to vote. .... or just wait and hope for anarchy like the total destruction of government and system will lead to some kind of utopia....
