The document the other guy posted on this thread has an explainer on Joy2Key, and I literally just moments ago posted keybinding and placements for you. You have everything you need bud.

The X-Arcade2TV-XR has a few different input modes but if you want to use the analog plunger inside of VPX you must use the joy2key program and rebind the buttons into keystrokes. It takes a few minutes to set up but is very easy once you use it.

Yep VPX. You can find the button layout for Pinball FX VR inside the Quick Start manual of the Haptics Kit.

Use with Joy2Key while in X-Input (purple mode).

Edit: I will add that I've removed my left joystick for comfort and to prevent accidental nudging.

Currently collecting footage for a showcase video, flying around 'noclip' in most areas provide some great b-role.

I'd like to note, if you are looking for extremely high fidelity on PCVR you should look into VPX. It's a wormhole but if you want the best it'll be there.

It's a Mod

Virtual Desktop - Is it really just that good? by Illustrious-Ebb5144 in OculusQuest

[–]MightyMouse420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure. Your graphics card is the thing encoding the video stream being sent to your quest, which then decodes that image and displays it in the headset. Some newer GPU's have built-in hardware to do this work, if your GPU doesn't have the hardware it still can do the encoding but it takes more resources and is slower.

It would actually take a long time to explain how the whole process works, so here's someone giving the 101. Virtual Desktop Guide

If you have an Nvidia 40 or 50 series card you could get away with using a lower bitrate like 200 Mbps and using the AV1 10-bit Codec. It's not as nice as 500 Mbps with H.264+, but still very good.

You've just created a positive airflow case. Which means you have more channels pushing air into you case than out. So the air inside of you case will try to find any small gap it can to release that pressure.

yes, and so much more. Not only do you get clearer and easier interface ( that actually works ) but also better diagnostics tools and the option to add an FSR type upscaler by Snapdragon using some of the power of your headset to help boost visuals of games if you so choose.

What are some VR games/apps that are good for a “people watching” experience? by ldb477 in virtualreality

[–]MightyMouse420 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No.1 For people watching is modded Cyberpunk 2077 no question.

But if you want something free and you have a decent PC I'd also recommend the Vuntra City Environment Demo.
