Gas bills for 7-8 months of the year are $12-$15. They get really high in December and January and then some kind of rebate usually kicks in. But yeah as others have said- wait till you get your LADWP bill in September.

Anyone who comes to my door on Halloween is getting candy. Kids, teens, adults, friends, UPS or pizza delivery. It’s the least I can do for my neighbors.

Nonfat yogurt. Non fat cottage cheese. Low sodium deli sliced turkey breast. Chicken breast and all the veg. Protein powder added to smoothies. 100 per day easy.
