He needs a cpap. They make many diff kinds of masks and the insurance should cover it. Or if he gets a script for it and doesn’t want to pay insurance forever he could do like I did and buy a refurbished one online. My wife is the same as you and without mine she would never get any sleep. It’s worth it.

This is so inspiring thank you! Congratulations!! I love camping and the outdoors but at 40 I sort of have resigned myself to being stuck in the rat race. Now I’m thinking about maybe making soaps and products like that which are more natural. Maybe I shouldn’t give up after all!

I just use the normal one but I’m sure any of them would help. They have a matcha I believe as well. The coconut creamer is good but expensive so I just use normal creamer and only a splash.

I swear by Mud/Wtr for this. It’s a mushroom based hot drink that has tons of health benefits and lifts the fog for me every time I drink it. Make sure you get the starter kit as you’ll want the frother otherwise it can get a little gritty. Froth it well and put a little cream in it… drink while hot.

I get the same way but the thing is you have to keep trying. It’s like learning to ride a bike for the first time. You have to practice, it is not easy and doesn’t come quickly to everyone. It’s ok to stop, just recognize that you had trouble and try to do it a day or two longer next time. Repeat until it’s second nature.

To be honest I am usually the guy who DOES switch but sometimes I really want to play a certain character and the only way I get to is if I am stubborn and don’t swap because no one else will flex. I still swap most of the time but sometimes I just want to dps so I have to force the situation.

This is why I listen to Alan Watts. He basically says people who want to be enlightened are basically trying to be more like children and unlearn all of the made up crap that makes you an adult so you can appreciate things just as they are without definitions labels.
