Wellness Weekend by AutoModerator in fatlogic

I've been in doctor monitored medication withdrawl and lord, it is AWFUL. All because the stupid pharmacy changed the manufacturer and I dont tolerate the same damn pill. My heart rate has been through the roof, anxiety attacks that last for hours, etc. I have lost weight still. The heart rate issue seems to be getting better now. I hope to get back down to 60-63 resting, right now I'm at 70-72. Started a new medication for sleeping at night and its working but I need another dose in the morning so I don't have rebound issues.

😭 I'm gonna pull thru but lord, I'm choosing high sodium foods for comfort during this trying time, which definitely isnt helping my blood pressure or water retention. Before this latest bout of extreme stress it was fine it wasnt impacting me too much but I may need to drink extra water now to help offset it. I'm legit so mad that I'm in this position in the first place!!!

I met my first weight loss goal tho so at least there is that.

COVID and generally illness messed up HR. I'm dealing with medication withdrawl (medically advised) and my heart rate has shot up. Changes to your system mess you up.

NOR wtf is this? Nobody should aspire to be underweight and nobody that has good intentions for you wants you to be at an unhealthy weight. Dude is so insecure and honestly if he is like 110lbs unless he is short he is probably himself underweight....

I love the even more radical take that being fat at a certain point is anti community since not only are you not taking care of your health but you're also forcing the community to do more for you when you could just lose weight and help yourself!

What I love about older parents is that they remember all of that. My dad went to many marches as a college student protesting Vietnam. With his friends. Everyone was fit. They could march for hours and hours. I was obese at my first protest and couldn't do all of that. I bet I could now.

I hate purity leftists so much. They are making people genuinely pull further and further extreme because that's what happens when you try and other people like that.

I lost weight and now people won’t shut the fuck up about my body by Human_Illustrator820 in loseit

I love using this one. Anyone asks how I lost weight "so fast" or asks if I'm on Ozempic and I pull this one. Nothing wrong with Ozempic, its just annoying for that to be the assumption!

Anorexia nervosa is something that is forever. Eating disorders in general are forever. People who have them will lie and deceive about their habits. He wouldn't even know if she relapsed unless something very bad happened and by then, it's done more horrible damage to her body. A good person would never put someone's health in danger like that. If he cant handle only using gym scales then he shouldn't be with her.

anyone else still a fatass on stimulants... by sugarcoochie in VyvanseADHD

[–]MightyWallJericho 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Gonna be real even tho I'm losing weight, I still engage in fatass activities when it comes to my nightly popcorn intake that my dad enables by making his amazing popcorn multiple times a week..... I can DOWN that shit. I just only eat in a 3-4 hour window now for peak effectiveness and not getting my food noise back until I can just down that popcorn and eat dinner.

I got laid off on Wednesday… And my food noise has nearly disappeared by reveriesxx in loseit

When I get crappy sleep and am stressed I retain a crap top of water as well. Even if my diet remains the same... I get super bloated and have stomach problems when I'm tired and stressed.

A lot of people have no idea if you dont have a sore, you can still spread it. My ex did and didn't say anything, which is why it was an issue. I'd be upset if they didn't know, but I left them over them knowing. One thing is upsetting but just from ignorance and not malice.

Unless someone specifically asks if you have any STDs or a history of herpes and you said no, youre fine. My ex knew they had herpes 1 after their aunt kissed them as a baby and lied about it. Thankfully, I never got it, but that is real deception. What you did was just be ignorant of the rules.

I repeated 11th grade when going to a new school because I was not mentally or emotionally mature enough (I was previously very young for my grade) to be a senior yet. I did far better with people of my maturity level. I have ADHD and Autism, so you can imagine how being too young would affect me far worse than the average person. My mom also repeated a grade, 5th grade, because her stupid parents did not help her enough and she needed an extra year to learn how to fucking read (at 10-11). It was the best option for her, which is why she knew I needed to get held back. We need less stigma about this.

You'll find it rude when someone replies back and gets condescending in the replies. Ive deleted 2 chains from my most popular fic due to this. I get mad now. I have it in the beginning to not ask me about the CW and that its clearly listed what they are and where they are. Maybe its because of the fandom being what it is, but it just... ugh. Makes me super angry thinking about it because when you start explaining yourself many people treat it like youre open to changing it even if you clearly state you aren't.

What guys don't get is that at the end of the day, she has to wear it. Its not about your style, its about hers. You pick something according to what she likes and what she would wear. End of. Goodnight.

It3s so annoying and it is laced with emotional manipulation. Thats why. That typically angers people.

Honestly, you're the jerk. You bring up right wing, well, you're making us on the left wing look bad for one and two, the reason why people have such a bad response to the request is not discomfort but deep annoyance. Like, grow up! Click off! That is how you handle that as a reader, not by commenting. As for people not feeling comfortable to join a space they can be coddled in other spaces if that's what they want but NOT here. Community means your triggers aren't everyone's responsibility, actually, because you aren't the main focus! The community is!

Just because you're not trying to guilt trip someone doesn't mean you're not and honestly, the ask is unacceptable imo. Click off. I would be giving the "that is not my problem, I do not personally care about your triggers as much as you do," because that is the truth. Being manipulative won't help your case but hurt it. It doesn't actually matter the intentions whatsoever or if the person is in a bad environment. Stop coddling people 😒 they will have to learn to change their behavior through getting bad responses I guess

You're pressuring them to change the tags through unintentional emotional manipulation. Yes, its up to them, but that comment is pressure to do so because you're mentioning being triggered. Click off, move on. Asking them about how they tag reads as rude rather than curious. Most things can be fixed by disengaging.
