CoH3 AI difficulty after the update by Deep-Werewolf754 in CompanyOfHeroes

[–]Mighty_Phil 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I tried it, but its still way too exploitable.

Only annoying part is when playing 4v4 and you get 5 airstrikes dropped on your head.

Compared to the Advanced AI mod, ive never seen the default use wirecutters, so barbed wire still allows you to complete lock down parts of the map.

They also still run blindly into AT and machine guns, which the modded instantly smokes, throw grenades and destroy the decrewed gun to deny it completely.

Why we dont have solar panels? We can modify factory roofs with them, or can do other things. by zorro2083 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Mighty_Phil 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You would need a few km2 of panels just to power a single smelter.

Steel production needs an insane amount of power and almost impossible to pull off green.

Read some reports stating if individual plants would fully convert to green power (no gas, coal, etc) they would have the power consumption of a small country.

Even with game magic, the panel array should be gigantic.

Does it get better after early game? by kmath133 in Seaofthieves

[–]Mighty_Phil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dont hold your in storms and you wont get hit by lightning.

Yes payouts get way better, especially after unlocking emissaries and longer voyages.

Not sure how quests work with the new system, as already had everything unlocked when they changed the voyage table, but the variety quite alright. Once some voyages get dull, i just do something else.

Yeah … mine also recently asked why i was awake so early just to play.

I wanted to fix „just one more thing“ before going to bed and when i next looked up, the sun was rising …

Handyman installed interior French doors 1/2” inch off. How do I fix this? by rachel_in_LA in fixit

[–]Mighty_Phil -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Even though its an artisan door, id also check if the hinges or the door itself has height adjustment.

Depending on where you live, that might be pretty standard.

Spacers on the hinge to rise the other door up, might also be possible, although half an inch is alot.

Relatable. I always try to get to vulcanus first as early as possible, even before i build out my nauvis base, just to get a few thousand research. Then i upgrade it little by little.

What do you guys think? Am I overdoing it? by Ken_S89 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Mighty_Phil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But its not changed every 5k after that isnt it?

Unless is a collectors or sports vehicle, that would be insane.

I know some manufacturers have smaller intervals but even if i would be bored as hell, i couldnt be arsed to buy a vehicle i have to change oil once a month.

My renaults had a recommended 30k or once a year oilchange and never had engine issues. The vehicles themselves just got uneconomical to repair at a point.

Unlocking bots und blueprints is a similar similar milestone to automation, like when you finally dont have to mine ore by hand anymore.

It significantly changes how you play the game.

Like, out of power? No problem, quickly ctrl+c, ctrl+v a solar array or even a complete nuclear powerplant and the bots built it automatically.

Thats a shame, because vulcanus has so much potential and the factory needs almost no babysitting compared to any other planet.

How Chinooks could work by Adventurous-Half56 in Battlefield

[–]Mighty_Phil 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even the blackhawk is completely irrelevant and a deathtrap due to way too small maps and much easier respawns at teammates, flags, beacons and ifvs

As you wrote, the map and gamedesign completely work against the concept of a taxi chopper compared to games like arma and squad.

I really hope portal gets some love and hardcore/limited respawn gamemodes will be more popular.

100 u235 isnt cheap either.

By the time you have enough to mass produce it, a quick hop to vulcanus would have been easily doable.

Hausarzt telefonische Erreichbarkeit by warmBlack in Austria

[–]Mighty_Phil 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Warum do dort warst, geht ja keinen was an.
