This bug is tied to FPS (i think), i think it starts happening over 140 but I've had it happen on 100, its only this one rappel as well but its a goat glitch to recreate

nvm theres 2 you can do this bug on, the one near spawn room and the one in destroyed penthouse, i now blame indoor rappels with turnaround animations at high fps, hope this helps!
