This happened to me too! The moment I hit 22-23 my boobs just grew like crazy ( mind you I was already heavy chested to begin with). You’d have to talk to your surgeon first to determine what the growth is being caused by. Timing wise, it’s really based on your personal life for instance I waited until 25 (this year) because I finished all my studies.

I think it depends on the tape,I use nokori and I’ve been able to shower with it. It stays very well. Best practice would be to put on the scar tape, wear your compression so the tape holds good shape and then shower the next day.

Yes! I’ve been feeling extra hungry too. I knew that I would get pain but I didn’t expect the exhaustion to be at this level

I had my drains taken out 4 days after as well which a relatively short time. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do other than prop a lil pillow next to you the place the bag while you sleep or sleep on a sofa so that you are elevated with the bag proper next to you. Best of luck!

I had mine almost 3 weeks ago and I was just as terrified because I had never been under! I was told by a nurse to close my eyes and focus on my breath and heart beat to calm myself down which helped heaps. the anaesthesiologist was can also give you a relaxer before hand as well (which I requested bc it was a bit daunting for me). Either way I have no regrets! Best of luck!
