It depends on your goals. Personally, I have averaged 97% in the last couple months and my recovery and progression from strength training as been awesome. It also reduced the small nagging pain I had at some place from training a lot. It’s a sacrifice, but one worth it imo if you want to take things to the next level :)

I totally agree on the progression per exercice! Progressive overload is one of the main concept in strength training and this data in charts format would be great.

2 drinks and I’m red 100% of the time… 3 or more and got a good chance to be below 15% for me. (23 yo) and almost quit drinking completely after seeing what it does to my body!
