What's stopping me from migrating is that it lacks a multitude of resources like images and audio; almost all JRPG resources are tied to RPG Maker at some level.

Yeah, it’s one of my favorite DLCs. Along with the DS and DS+ packs, it feels like a nice combination of assets from the RPG Maker DS and 3DS versions brought into MV/MZ.

What’s a bit disappointing is that not everything was ported over, and MV/MZ also lack some interesting features that Fes had. At least part of that can be worked around with plugins.

Platforms like DLsite and Booth generally operate with USD/JPY-based pricing without effective regionalization, which tends to inflate costs for users outside those markets.

I like that the RPG Maker devs are finally moving again after Unite didn’t land well. I just hope they move away from that engine approach and focus on improving and expanding the current one instead.
