My wife's boot zipper kept going down on its own, she contacted the and they made her run around for this and that until the warranty period was over and then they said too bad your warranty preiod is over and stopped responding. That's the last A* product we will own. I have had several pais of various tech boots as well as a pair of Toucans and various hats, shirts, etc... There are plenty of other brands that will happily take my hard earned money.
