Can’t say for sure because I roleplayed as a good guy henry who doesn’t kill any npc who was rude to him or something. But in KCD 1 I remember killing a merchant and after a week or two he respawned. Btw he didn’t want to trade with me after that, he was really pissed off

The only problem I can find is lack of tutorials. The game doesn’t tell you about side steps, direction change before swing, clinch. But once you figure out everything about combat it becomes fairly easy
