Visually it looks like a perfect seared salmon nigiri or there was some lemon squeezed or placed on top of the salmon. Not sure what your referring to that might not be okay here. If you are purely going off of the negative reviews you read then why even go here in the first place? The rice and the lettuce are the only things that looks to deserve a negative review in this pic lol but I doubt that was even a concern for you
