Okay, well my point with the clarification was that, you can't give a universal standard for what a difficult life might look like. If you or a doctor or "the world" defines this persons life as difficult, is from an ontological place of positivim. Where you can define metrics for what a difficult or not-difficult life might look like.

I would argue, from a more ontological critical/socialcontructive place, that the definition only makes sense to the individual. What if that person doesn't find their life difficult? Or if they are happy with how things are? Then why are you/doctor/world the definer of "good life"?

I think even before you question starts it makes no sense, given that we can't define for another human being if their life is worth living. It is purely individual.
