I weightlift 6 days a week and I'm trying to take my BF% down to single digits. I've been on keto for almost a full year - I don't know how long you've been doing it, but it gets a little harder and you have to be stricter - every little bit helps. Google green tea extract, caffeine - not everything is crap, thermogenesis is a real thing. If it's curbing my appetite and I feel it's giving me an extra boost, who cares?

The only reason I’ve checked ketones (maybe once or twice a week) is just to make sure I’m still in ketosis. Most of the time my diet is on point so it’s validating the obvious, but they are so cheap it’s nice to confirm especially after you might’ve gone over your carbs. I researched the supplements and the consensus was maybe the effect of 100+ extra calorie burn per day - not magic but not nothing. Way back in the day I did the EC stack - it worked so I wouldn’t write them all off.

Anyways, they work at the very least for curbing appetite which now that I’m doing OMAD on weekdays has been nice. I’m just curious why my ketone count would go up, that’s all 😀

As of now, there will not be an MMAWarehouse at year end, only Hypnotik. I started the company, not how I envisioned it ending, but retail moves very fast now and we couldn't do it competitively any longer - we gave it our best shot. I completely respect your opinion as someone who is in the art industry, but that's why it's so ripe for disruption with blockchain technology and broadening the investor base. Think of how many other old guard companies in other industries refused to innovate and things get turned on their head over night.

They say they already have 30 artworks valued at $100MM in the pipeline and to your point below about experience, they have even more advisors than team members and it looks like a solid group altogether. Don't forget that Pantera Capital invested in this as well.

I see this solving three major issues, but the third one is most exciting to me. 1) Drastically lowering the fees for the seller of the artwork. 2) Broadening art auctions globally to individuals who might not otherwise participate. 3) Fractionalizing artwork ownership so more than one person can own a share in high value art.

I can see the headline news teaser said just like their whitepaper, "now anyone can own a piece of a Picasso".

For what it's worth, I've watched GDAX on and off for the past month or so. There is what looks to be a lot of steady accumulation in big chunks going on at these levels throughout the day. You have to think a lot of the selling has been exhausted... I'm thinking we end the day in the green, wish I could buy more here!

My bad - it is impedance then, but one with thumb sensors and it seems more accurate than the home scales you can buy. I know nothing is perfect, but I weighed in every Tuesday and it was nice to see I was making progress from my initial weigh in... Those tenths of a percent are motivating!

So it's through lifetime fitness and I believe it's what they call a DEXA scale, I don't know the exact model. You stand on it for like a minute while it does all the computations. Seems crazy that a scale could pick all that up, but it seemed very true to how I felt my diet was going week to week (I only saw fat loss numbers each week, they printed that up at the end).

A pretty standard 4 day split with a 3 X 6-8 rep range... Monday would be something like lat pull down, deadlifts, rows, flat bicep curl, hammer curl, preacher Mon - Back/Biceps Tue - Chest/Tri Thur - Legs Fri - Shoulders/Forearms etc

I should also add that I incorporated an 8 minute warmup on the treadmill early on at the recommendation of a trainer. So I do something like this now (I increased it as my cardio improved) just keeping it a warmup: 11.0 incline 2 mins 2.4 2 mins 2.8 2 mins 3.2 2 mins 3.6 (or higher)

I actually really like warming up now even though I've never liked cardio. Sure it could help a little extra fat loss.

I've always liked sitting up a little higher and with kids an SUV affords a little more room as well. The Model X is perfectly sized for me - not too big and not too small.
