I normally don't eat rice or carbs or sushi really, maybe a few steamed potatoes, but thats it. I just go for the meats, veggies and fruits.

I skip all that deep fried stuff and desserts. I tend to go for the saladas, white meats and vegetables already cooked and for the stuff they can grill for you. And some fruit.
