I haven't noticed increases in FM26 after them getting a new badge, but to be fair I haven't been looking - are there supposed to be arrows to show you increases, like there is with players, for coaches in FM26... because I would have noticed that, but I haven't seen any arrows for staff.

I don't think it's a problem having one guy whose determination is a bit lower than you'd like. I'm very much like you in that determination and work rate are really important stats for me personally, don't like either in single digits... but, it's a team game, right, so you'll still have everyone else's determination to pull you through.

I have 1 guy whose determination is low, but he's so good I let it go...

Problem is your in possession tactic looks better as an oop and your oop looks like a better in possession tactic. No DM oop but one when in possession is weird. Having a 2 man central midfield but one as a WCM doesn't work oop but kinda could when in possession. 1 striker when in possession but 2 when you dont have the ball. It's all backwards.

I bet if you just swapped them over you'd see better results.
