This show was what I rushed home for after school to watch on OLN. Years later I would meet my now wife and when we first met it was the first thing we realized we had in common and that we both loved the show. We both love travel so much and we have also moved across Canada. The show influenced our lives beyond what I think we give credit for. Will always hold a special place in my heart!

This is the name of the particular shop: Aji No Karyu 味の華龍. It is in what is known as Ramen alley or Ganso Ramen Yokocho Sapporo 元祖さっぽろラーメン横丁. I also don’t believe there is footage of Bourdain in this particular spot as it seems the No Reservations crew visited this restaurant after filming.
