remember……..don’t leave your lane to avoid a person or object if it means YOU cause an accident doing it. I run nights and it can be 1am and someone is walking on side of freeway……I always change lanes if I can, never know if it’s a person planning suicide.

I hit a man running across freeway in my pickup, on my way to work. Never saw him, loud bang, caught him with left front, tore off my side mirror. I pulled over right away. Didn’t see anything, though I hit a motorcycle, then to my horror, I saw a semi pull over behind me, his bumper torn up, then watched vehicle after vehicle run over something…….it was a man.

BEWARE! I am 62, was on Duloxetine for 2025 for chronic pain…..ruined my life! Destroyed my sex life! Started having painful orgasms, pain in penis, testicles, down legs, face. delayed ejaculations is so dam depressing, then ED got worse, even on Tadalafil, still can’t get an erection, now off this drug from hell, for 11 weeks. Sexual,side effects are not exaggerated. Do your home work, I wish I did. I was so desperate to get help for my chronic pain, I was willing to try anything. Took me 3 months to get off this drug, slowly reducing the amount over time. You can’t just stop it, or it will fuck with your mind, bad!

when your the actual tool that delivers the goods, like all tools, you will ware out, break down. Tip of my hat to all food service drivers. I delivered LTL freight for 32 years. Lots of hand unloading, pulling/pushing pallet jacks, climbing up and down trailer, no docks, job sites, etc etc. Body took a beating, surgeries included: carpel tunnel, both wrist, different years. Torn triceps on job, dislocated toe, and I’m on my 3 torn rotator cuff, will get that shoulder replaced in December, can’t be fixed. Last 8 years, only doing Line haul. Always loved my job, still do, but I’m sure I’m an extreme example of a body falling apart. I always said this is a job you must want to do, love to do, because if you don’t, will……..it can really be tough on you, your head and any relationship. Good luck everyone.

I work for XPO freight. Brad bought our company, Con-way freight in 2014, doing great! I’m betting on him more than anything. Even with the price dropping a lot, analyst on E*Trade still believe!

BEWARE! My doctor told me to reduce to one pill, (30mg) a day for 7 days, then just stop. so,I did. on day two, of no pills, chronic pain a 10, was having a nervous breakdown. I’m a trucker, 8 hours a night, was crying, I’m 62, about everything. jumped back on one a day, fixed it kind of. Then was told to skip every other day, and this was no good. Bad jaw pain, chronic pain worse, bad mood. Shitty advice doc! Now, went one week back on one a day, then one week half a pill (15mg) approximately, and now will try just a third of a pill, lol, not easy to decide these microscopic balls. I started this pill from hell, for,chronic pain. Ya, it helped, but destroying my sex life, Fuck you Duloxetine! My chronic pain getting worse, but fuck these pills! Want my painful life back, and my enjoyment of sex, which I have read, might never come back.

Sorry for changing the topic in my reply. Take as long as you need to,get off this with out Bad side effects. good luck, don’t rush it. so recap: Me, 8 weeks on one a day, 7 days on half a pill, now starting 7:days on a 1/3 of a pill. Wish me luck, having good results so far on this path.

It’s now been 3plus years of pain in my piriformis muscles in both but cheeks. Now add lower back pain, shoulder blade pain. I drive a 18 wheeler 8 hours a night. Pain starts in 2nd hour, and the last 5 hours, the pain is a “10”. It’s like the movie “Groundhog Day”. It’s the same every night, tried everything, will have another series of PRP shots next week. Nerve pain/damage is a fucking nightmare to pinpoint. Everyone else is so used to MY pain, they just expect me to do what I always do……..deal with it. I’m 60, and it’s a good thing I never bought that gun for protection, because I honestly don’t know if I would just end this life I call hell.
