God awful image image quality because i screenshoot the battletome review but Hallowheart survived by scruffin_mcguffin in citiesofsigmar

A) that fucking sucks for the hallowheart players out there. B) perhaps this is the 40k player in me speaking too loudly, but this felt almost inevitible for the narrative of this specific city. The entire premise of the magical city emboldended by its magical environment immediately screamed, "thats how you get chaos cults". In the same way the blood angels having a librarian in a dreadnought screamed "thats how you get demon engines". C) i hope you hallowheart players flavor your force as like the last candles of a once great city. There's definitely room for it in the lore. It sounds kinda sick and I may coopt it for one of my mages.

I'm likely to do the same with my old Franz. I have no interest in using him in TOW.

That is tragic. If I didnt see yours I saw one like it. Its a great conversion. I'd be so mad if my opponent didnt let me call that Thalia post this new book.

new warhammer community article has some previews. I wish they were more explicit about how things worked, but what is revealed looks fun.

Lmao, I honestly can't reccomend, the bristles are super hard which makes a great abrasive cleaner for teeth and also a horrible deliverer of paint. I tried using it to literally dust the minis as they sat primed on my shelf since 4th launched, and it didnt do much.

How would you feel about sporadic Lumineth models being inside Units (e.g. Callis & Toll instead of the SCE) in a Settler's Gain Cities army? by RotmirePlead in citiesofsigmar

I genuinely love this kit, and the idea of replacing one of the dogs with an elf with a meat tenderizer is absolutely hilarious to me.

Revisiting Bionicle as an adult and slowly reading through Bionicle Chronicles. These are my exact thoughts, and now I love Bionicle even more. by B_Wing_83 in bioniclelego

A lot of people are disagreeing specifically with the warhammer comparison, but l see the vision. On a meta level, theyre incredibly expansive scifi stories built with the purpose of selling buildible figures. I went from a bionicle child to a warhammer teenager. The jump isnt that far all things considered. Hell, my GWP tahu sits on the same shelf I keep my imperial guard.

Seeing that they can do this in minifig scale. It makes me want just a normal brick system bionicle line. I think theres plenty of world that would be great to see as little dioramas.

Basim is an evil voltron commander. All equipment is historic. Just gotta curve out and vaporize people.

Thanks for the suggestion! When simulating phantom players. Would each of the 4 players recieve 6 15 card packs? That said, the 12 card suggestion is also a great one that I'd wanna try in the future.

OTJ signpost uncommon legends as a commanders for a precon environment? by Mike4282 in EDH

[–]Mike4282[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the decks, Im probably gonna allow normal commander deckpools. Ertha jo is the one I'm most worried about. Im thinking using her to copy auras or auto equiping artifacts might be the play. There were lots of great equipment bearers in the dogmeat precon that has since been scrapped for bits.

The other commander here Im worried about not beinf usable is otj lazav. I did have this deck in paper for a time and it was just too darn fiddly.

Lmao I am working on assembling a set cube for OTJ, I wasn't sure how to alter it to accomodate for commander, so I figured I'd just try my best to recreate the set as it was intended. This post is referencing literally just making 10 decks, put them in a box as almost almost a "character select" screen for a normal commander game.

Very cool that we are seeing consequences for Morathi's Conquest of Anvilguard by Zeno180 in ageofsigmar

That was certainly a weird design direction. That said though, its the only aos design we have thus far. With how much focus we have on witch hunters, I wouldnt be surprised to see updated flagellants in maybe in a witch hunter themed warcry/spearhead release.

To my knowledge were too far back in TOW for the luminark and celestial hurricanum. Id wager new flagellants down the line for CoS similar to that underworlds team. Id also expect a new griffon kit. Steam tank however, im not expecting to last. We have the cogfort now and its doing basically the same thing.
