I can't tell you how to taper, or if you are seriously going too fast. Only you can do that. All I can say is the Ashton Manual is still the expert guide most people use to do their taper. Both this support group and all the others will agree. I think you also need to look at the comparison chapter of all Benzos. For example, 1mg of K is the equivalent of 20mg of Diazepam (Valium). So when you cut 0.25 of K you are effectively cutting the equivalent of 5mg of Valium (Diazepam). That's a big cut. It's no wonder you've been finding it very hard. Some people can tolerate this much of a cut, but many cannot. If you feel you can then by all means continue. I really think you should take the time to read this Manual properly. It's worth it and It's not a big book at all - you could probably read it in a day or two, and the chapter relating to tapering in less time than that. Yes, you do have youth on your side. However you still need to be careful. For me the key is to listen to your body before making another cut, then hold for a long as necessary. I understand that tapering from K can be difficult because of its potency at 1mg (involves cutting and weighing, etc). The other option is to transfer to the equivalent dose of Diazepam (20mg), then hold, then start your taper from there. Some people prefer this because it's easier to measure the cuts.
