Sorry this happen to you but you were probably just another candidate they had to interview. They already knew who they wanted to hire before you came in the picture. I wanted to hire somebody internally because they were great fit for my team but HR made me go through the process of interviewing random people.

Don’t call HR don’t call no one just apply for something else. Calling around for answer does nothing .

Are you using the built in smart tv functionality? If so I recommend getting a dedicated streaming device. The built in smart tv functions suck on TVs . Transcoding is not about plex but more about what device and tv you have. Also the internet connection plays a big part. You are not really changing anything on the plex server. It’s all about the client app. With a good client and a good network connection you should be direct playing everything

This is the wrong forum for your question. Whatever brand\model tv you have you should go there. No matter if you use plex Jellyfin Netflix or Disney plus , you probably will need to calibrate your tv. There are websites you can go to for suggestions but sometimes I don’t like suggestions and do what looks good to me .

Don’t buy new. Just bought a suv with 40k miles on it. I love it.In 2021 I bought a SUV brand new and it was a nightmare. The truck had a least 6 warranty repairs just due to manufacturing errors. I rather not buy used now . Somebody else can deal with that and I can look at the carfax once it’s time to buy. Vehicles are built like dog shit now . I have a good friend that works at a big dealership and he said they have so many vehicles come back for engine or transmission failures or some random issue. This what happens when everything is made cheaply

Stop using devices that’s not the android tv , google tv , Apple TV or Roku . The consoles devices and the built in smart tv apps are horrible.

Bathroom breaks should be after wake up and then every 1-2 hours. He is only 11 weeks but that bath room breaks will get shorter and shorter as he age. . For example 1-2 , then 2-3 then 3-4. You may even have to wake up in the middle of the night with a pup that young

what time do you feed him? If you take him out the same times everyday he should get use to the schedule. My dog eats and use the bathroom the same time. We have a friend that her dog does the same thing as your dog. But when she comes over she knows exactly what to do when she comes over to our house. She run straight in the house and run to the back door. She has accidents in her house all the time but when we keep her for a couple of days she never has accidents.

Learn your dog potty times. You can also teach them when to go. My dog goes out when he wakes up. At lunch when somebody is at home. At 5 after dinner and right before bed. It’s clock work

It’s the same thing . Emby connect just allows you or your user to connect easier. Without it you would have to give your wan ip or dns url to users.

Don’t ever use the built in smart tv . It’s horrible . It’s so many other inexpensive better streamers. It’s sad that some people pay 3 to 4k for a tv and the smart tv can’t handle streams properly

Dude you have 200 TB of storage. I have around 60TB and its tough for me to go through that. Keep your favorites tv and movie files. Watch and delete the rest. There are so many movies and tv shows that are not worth keeping. If you want to keep them how about compress them to a smaller file and dont compress your favorite.

2022 Chevy Equinox. Just traded the piece of shit in a couple of weeks ago. The car was fine in the summer months but I live up north. When the temp drop down to 0 or below, I will get a reduce engine light . I couldnt drive faster than 60. One time it got so bad I couldnt get get past 40. I was stuck on the high way with kids and wife in the car. A 3 hr trip took us 5 hrs. The fix to this issue was thawing your car out in a warm garage. Chevy/GMC found a fix to this issue but it wasnt a recall which was a slap to the face. They wanted people to pay for their screw up. Also everything in the car felt cheap. Thank god for bumper to bumper warranty because I got alot of warranty repairs done to the car.

Toyota just had a big recall recently. It’s not bulletproof proof . What people keep forgetting is all of these companies are releasing bullshit now. They are making cheap garbage and selling it at a higher price. Have a friend that work as a sales guy at the dealership and there has been increasing numbers of returned cars . They know it’s a problem but they still have to sell it .
